Preparation and transit

Allow 1–2 business days for preparation before your order is shipped, then approximately 4–6 business days for Standard Shipping delivery. Both estimates exclude weekends and US federal holidays. A carrier delay or delivery disruption may extend the timeline, so an exact delivery date is not guaranteed.

Following your parcel

Shipment tracking is emailed to your checkout contact address once dispatch occurs. Address errors should be reported without delay, although changes cannot always be made to parcels in transit. For missing, late, damaged or misdelivered shipments, share the tracking record, order number and any helpful photographs with our team so we can investigate with the delivery service.

Where we deliver

Our delivery service is limited to United States addresses. Standard Shipping is free on every US order, regardless of the amount spent. Please check the street address, unit details and ZIP code at checkout; we do not currently ship internationally.
