Return instructions and shipping

Please obtain our return authorization and shipping instructions before dispatching a parcel. Eligible return postage is our responsibility, whether you have changed your mind or received damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete goods. We supply a prepaid label or approve another return method. Include relevant pictures and the order reference when reporting a problem. In the absence of a dedicated return address, use the business address on this page.

Refund timing and order changes

An approved refund is sent back through the payment method used for the order within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item. Processing at your financial institution can take longer. Exchange arrangements depend on the replacement being available and should be agreed with our team. Contact us immediately if an unshipped order needs cancellation or an amendment. Such requests may be limited by fulfillment progress; shipped orders follow this return policy. Nothing here limits rights protected by applicable law.

Requesting a return
