Currency, totals and security

USD is the transaction currency. The amount shown for confirmation includes any legally applicable taxes; verify it before submitting payment. Shopify and the selected payment service handle checkout processing. Never email card security codes or complete card details. If authorization fails, consult the payment provider or contact us using only non-sensitive order information.

Payment enquiries and refunds

For an unexpected charge or an absent confirmation, send our team the order details so we can investigate. Refund eligibility and timing are explained in the Refund Policy. Approved amounts go back through the original payment method, with possible additional time for the bank to display the credit.
