How much is shipping and when will it arrive?

We ship only within the United States and charge nothing for Standard Shipping, whatever the order value. Expect 1–2 business days of preparation and an estimated 4–6 business days after dispatch, excluding weekends and US federal holidays. You receive tracking by email when shipped. These estimates can be extended by delivery disruptions.

Can I return, exchange or cancel an order?

Contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange an eligible return or exchange. Goods should be unused and retain their original condition and packaging. Eligible return shipping is paid by us, including for ordinary returns and damage, defects, wrong or missing items. After the return arrives and is inspected and approved, we issue repayment within 10 business days to the original method; bank posting may be additional. Request cancellation or amendments promptly before shipping.

How do I pay or get help?

Choose one of the methods actually offered at checkout. The currency is USD and taxes are added where legally required. An order number helps us find a purchase; full card numbers and security codes should not be shared.
